We are acceptable of buyer's option to change speed and clearance between
upper-end of lower spindle shaft to the horizon of overarm spindle arm.
We are also ready to supply of automatic stop system by timer action; negative
pressure system and special equipment to place gently a heavy upper tool on to
lower spindle tool, if so buyer desired.

【Feature】

1)　This is the machine to polish spherical or flat surface lenses up to Max. 1200 mm
　　by lapping or fine polishing.

2)　Infinitely variable motors are used for lower spindle and oscillation,thus
　　individual and optional speeds are available.

3)　The movement of overarm pins by "OSKAR" motion and its maximum stroke comes
　　to 650 mm and sophisticated mechanical design allows to set a center point of
　　polishing stroke at any point on lower polishing tool.

4)　Lifting up and down of overarm pins is operated by air cylinder mechanism
　　by foot-pedal operation.

5)　The front door of polishing basin with automatic slurry circulation is freely
　　openable to fasten or unfasten polishing tools or work pieces.

6)　The machine is elaborately designed to give the machine longer life, easier
　　operation, non-lubrication for longer hours and maintenance-free structure.
